I started/continued to code in 2019 because I want to better understand the perspective of the developers/teams I work with and coach. I think it is important to experience what you are asking other team members to do especially when it is uncomfortable.
I deserve credit for being able to push developers and architects outside their comfort zones to do pair programming, BDD, and TDD.
I hope to see my community continue to push the boundaries of delivering valuable software faster and with high quality.
