This new release of Puppet Continuous Delivery (CD4PE) has some great updates, especially if you are trying to install on Ubuntu 24.04.
What's new:
Ubuntu 24.04 Support
You can now install Continuous Delivery on Ubuntu 24.04, giving teams more flexibility in their operating system choices.
Note: Installation on Ubuntu 24.04 requires Bolt 5.0.0 or later.
Improved License Troubleshooting
The cd4peadm::license_check plan has been updated to provide detailed status information for both the local license in your Bolt project and its copy on the CD host. This enhancement makes diagnosing license issues much easier.
Cleaner Integrations Page
The Puppet Enterprise Integrations page has been refreshed for a more streamlined experience, helping you navigate integrations with less friction.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue with Entra ID integration that previously blocked customers at the consent prompt.
- Continuous Delivery now exclusively supports admin consent for Entra ID apps, improving security and clarity.
