I'm Ross, the founder of RDE Advisors — a boutique commercial real estate advisory in NYC. For the past year I've been building two production web applications alongside the brokerage business, and I've reached the point where I need to bring on one senior full-stack engineer to work directly with me.

What you'd work on

Two live products, both in active use:

A commercial real estate search platform — real broker and tenant users, geospatial search, map-heavy UX
A property management platform with a deep QuickBooks integration for the back-office side of the business

Both are built on Next.js 14 + TypeScript + Supabase (Postgres) + Prisma + Anthropic Claude API, deployed on Vercel and a Contabo VPS. Mapbox for geo. The products are early-stage but shipping — the goal of this hire is to take them from "founder-built" to "production-mature."

The deal

Rate: $4,000–6,000 USD/month depending on country and experience
- India band: $4,000–5,000
- Europe / LatAm band: $5,000–6,000
Commitment: 35–40 hrs/week, 6-month minimum, exclusive (no parallel client work)
Location: Remote from Europe, Latin America, or India — need 2+ hrs of daily overlap with NYC
Daily rhythm: 30-min video check-in every weekday at 9:30am NYC
Structure: Direct working relationship with me — no engineering managers, no PMs, no committees

What I need from you

5+ years professional full-stack experience, with 3+ shipping production web apps to real users
Strong Next.js / React + TypeScript
At least one shipped production LLM integration (Claude preferred, OpenAI acceptable)
Strong Claude/Cursor/Copilot daily workflow — not occasional use
Clean Git discipline, clear written English, honest communication

What this role is not

This is not an ML, model-training, or AI-research position. You will not train or fine-tune models. You'll ship product features in TypeScript and Next.js that call the Anthropic Claude API.
