The Free-to-Pro Funnel

Every MCP server we publish follows the same monetization path:

2. Usage Tracking: Each server meters usage through built-in counters
3. Usage-Based Billing: When usage exceeds free thresholds, users are redirected to Stripe payment links
4. Stripe Integration: Automated invoicing and payment processing

• Agent Wallet MCP: 7 downloads/week

The Installation Friction Problem

We've measured that ~88% of interested users never make it past the installation step (finding npx, opening terminal, editing JSON, restarting client).
