if you have the url of the public website, just paste and click convert.
You can select the full page and also get the specific section of the website by selecting using the CSS query selector.
you will get the fully editable figma design layer by layer that you can paste in figma and make changes according to need.
Mybe you will need to do some tweaks in the design, but mostly it does the good job.
