Can Microsoft 365 mailbox data be backed up without relying on Outlook?

Microsoft 365 mailbox data does not have to be backed up through Outlook. The SysInfo Office 365 Backup Tool can connect directly to the Microsoft 365 account and access the mailbox after authentication. Once connected, users can select the primary mailbox, Online Archive, shared mailbox, or public folders they need to back up. Before starting the process, the mailbox folders can be previewed and specific data can be selected.
