Scientific computing in Go too often ends with "just use Python". SciGoLib builds the missing pieces in pure Go, with no CGO: an HDF5 library that reads and writes files, tested against the HDF5 C library's own test files, and a MATLAB .mat reader and writer (v5 to v7.3) built on it. More libraries for scientific data are on the way.
