AI agents are moving from chat into execution.
They can deploy code, move funds, update records, control infrastructure, trigger workflows, and interact with other systems. That creates a simple problem: if an autonomous system can act, then the action needs governance before it happens, not only an audit after something goes wrong.
That is the core idea behind Sentinel SCA.
Sentinel is a governance layer for autonomous agents and automated systems. An agent proposes an action, Sentinel evaluates identity, capability, policy, risk, and authority, then returns a decision:
ALLOW, REVIEW, or DENY.
Every decision produces signed evidence.
Over the last few months, we have been turning that idea into working infrastructure.
We built and tested the core Sentinel decision layer: agent identity, capability controls, schema validation, behavior limits, policy evaluation, action hashing, execution ledger, replay, evidence export, security scoring, and signed responses.
We expanded Sentinel beyond financial actions into broader automation and sector governance. The action catalog now covers financial services, DevOps, cloud automation, customer identity, robotics, IoT, healthcare, logistics, and generic agent actions.
We built customer-facing evidence flows: replay URLs, evidence ZIP exports, signed fields, public verification, tenant-scoped API keys, capability requests, webhook delivery logs, and dashboard workflows for approval and review.
We integrated Sentinel with ROKO as a temporal evidence provider. Sentinel can observe ROKO transactions, verify public evidence, issue temporal evidence certificates, and show whether governance evidence is linked to time, ordering, and network observations. The Sentinel ROKO beta is live here:

We also built AIWG manifest governance. A builder can paste an AIWG setup manifest, and Sentinel classifies the steps before execution. The point is not to run the commands. The point is to understand risk before an agent or operator runs them.
Now we have added SentinelGov on Virtuals ACP.
SentinelGov is a pre-execution governance worker for autonomous agent teams. Other agents can call it before doing consequential work. They submit a proposed action, and SentinelGov returns a signed ALLOW, REVIEW, or DENY decision with risk, reason, evidence digest, and verification URL.

SentinelGov does not execute actions, hold keys, or broadcast transactions. It acts as an independent governance worker that other agents can consult before acting.
That is the direction we believe matters:
Autonomous agents should not be trusted just because they are intelligent.
They should be governed because they are capable.
Sentinelβs role is to make autonomous execution safer, auditable, and easier to prove.
We are still early, and much of this is in beta. But the foundation is now working across real interfaces, public verification paths, and agent-facing workflows.
The next phase is simple: more testing, more integrations, and more builders using Sentinel before their agents act.
