Turn barriers into access. HER Hack-Astron #7 invites you to build a working public-interest application with Spark-X2.6-4B.
Understand the information. Find the right resource. Access an opportunity. Choose a specific barrier and build an app that opens the way.
The challenge
Use Spark-X2.6-4B in a working application for disaster preparedness and response, health and care, accessibility, gender equality, or another clear public-interest need. Examples include making public information easier to understand, organizing requests for assistance, simplifying complex text, or helping people find support resources.
Focus on a specific group of users and a concrete problem. Show what the app does today and explain its limitations.
