About the talk
Yorck talks about the core insights from the scientific study published in the book Accelerate on how to build and scale high-performing technology organisations. In his opinion, the results of this study form a new 'north star' towards which organisations will need to align. After a general introduction into the study, he tries to reflect what it could mean for the discipline of software testing.
