Angular Change Detection

Hello I have an issue in which I used all type of change detection strategy (Like: ChangeDetectorRef, ChangeDetection Strategy onpush) for but in my case, Dom is updated the changes but view port is not updated yet. Please help if any one get idea for that issue.,
