Svermo.ai is an AI-powered real estate asset management platform built to simplify and modernize property operations. We focus on helping real estate brokers and property management teams streamline tenant screening, risk analysis, leasing, and portfolio management through intelligent automation. Our goal is to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and bring efficiency and transparency to real estate workflows using advanced AI solutions.

Our stack is built for scalable AI-powered SaaS delivery. We use React for frontend interfaces and Node.js with Python (FastAPI) for backend services. For AI/ML capabilities, we leverage PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM APIs. Our infrastructure runs on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration. We use PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data management, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across real estate workflows.
