Stuff that's easy to miss: ๐ 1M tokens โ 750,000 words, about five novels in one prompt ๐ธ Double the window and you don't double the cost. You QUADRUPLE it (attention is O(nยฒ)) ๐ณ๏ธ Models reliably lose facts buried in the middle. The usable band is often 16K to 64K, not 1M ๐งน A tidy small desk beats a messy giant one, basically every time
