Headless CMS choices remind me of choosing a database — the "best" one is almost always just the one your team won't argue about at 2am. I've tried a few on different projects and the real cost isn't setup, it's the six months later when you need something slightly off the happy path and discover how thin the plugin ecosystem actually is. Ended up building a couple custom extensions on my current setup just to fill gaps the core didn't cover.
The only question i have is how to host them, i tried hosting strapi on netlify free tier , it didn't work, can you please help me whith what I'm missing ?
