The Method Created by the Lazy

The progress of society and the development of science are all driven by these "lazy" people.

It’s true that "lazy people create methods." If you think about it, most smart people are, in fact, lazy. They think a lot but do less. Because they think deeply, their minds are constantly exercised and they become smarter. Lazy people create methods. When a task requires a lot of effort to complete, hardworking people think about getting it done as quickly as possible. On the other hand, lazy people think about how to save energy and time, and in doing so, they come up with a series of methods. The more diligent you are, the less opportunity you have to find a quicker method. This is because hardworking people don’t focus on the methods themselves. In many cases, being a little lazy can actually be quite necessary.

In the past, I would describe myself as dull, lacking my own thoughts. After years of learning and accumulating knowledge, I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of thinking. If a person lives in this world without any thoughts, what is the difference between them and the walking dead? Being diligent in thinking and brave enough to express one’s ideas is truly vital.

Of course, action is important. The "lazy person" mentioned here doesn’t mean not doing anything, but rather finding ways to do things efficiently and effectively.

Be a thoughtful person! Think more, do less.
