Most founders waste weeks or months building in the dark before finding out if anyone actually wants their product. For the hackathon, I wanted to build a lightning-fast validation tool tailored for indie hackers, students, and side-hustle builders.
Enter StartupSense AI—a full-stack SaaS application that validates your startup idea, analyzes market viability, and generates your marketing tagline and elevator pitch in just 60 seconds.
🚀 What It Does
With an ultra-modern glassmorphic UI and local Gemma 3 intelligence, StartupSense AI takes three simple inputs:
Startup Idea (e.g., AI Resume Builder for Students)
Available Budget (e.g., $100)
Target Audience (e.g., College Students)
Within seconds, it outputs:
Viability Score (out of 100): Instant market demand assessment.
AI Startup Tagline: A catchy, ready-to-use marketing headline.
30-Second Elevator Pitch: A persuasive script designed for demo days and investors.
Comprehensive Strategy Report: Detailed SWOT analysis, tiered monetization models (Freemium & ₹199/month pro tier), and a structured 30-Day Launch Roadmap.
🛠️ Tech Stack & Architecture
Frontend & UI: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS styled with custom glassmorphism and dark-mode radial gradients.
AI Model: Local Gemma 3 via Ollama API (http://localhost:11434/api/generate), returning structured JSON outputs for seamless frontend rendering.
Deployment: Hosted on Render with clean build scripts and production-ready architecture.
