You will get better at problem solving over time. It's not something that is going to happen in a few days you need experience to level up your JavaScript problem solving skills.
What worked for me was learning some concepts in a programming language like objects, arrays and functions. Then go off on your own and just build random stuff so you are getting practice. Also don't get trapped in tutorial hell when you complete a course start working on your own projects.
