None of them have strictly followed the instructions laid out by people before them. Most of them profess to understand Scrum/Agile/Kanban, quickly followed with "we just do our flavour of it."
And that's no bad thing, it's only bad when the methodologies are used to point out what people are doing wrong. Sure, try to change things, reduce your standup time etc, but measure the difference it makes!
