TSU Protocol: Seeking Open-Source RISC-V NPU Tape-Out Partners (1778004809)

TSU Protocol: Seeking Partners for Open-Source RISC-V NPU Tape-Out

We're building TSU Protocol — an open, royalty-free RISC-V NPU standard for edge AI inference — and we're actively seeking sponsorship partners for our first MPW tape-out.

The Ask

We need $50K-$200K to cover MPW shuttle costs on a 28nm or 22nm process. In return, partners get:

  • Their name on the first open-source AI inference chip tape-out
  • Co-authorship of the TSU ISA specification
  • Early access to TSU RTL and validation data
  • Featured placement on the TSU website and GitHub

Companies We're Talking To

We believe the following organizations would be natural partners for open AI silicon:

Why Partner With Us?

  1. First-mover advantage in open-source AI inference silicon
  2. DAO-governed funds — transparent, milestone-based release
  3. RISC-V ecosystem growth — TSU extends RISC-V, not replaces it
  4. Publicity — this is a landmark open-hardware project

How to Reach Us

Open a GitHub issue, send a contribution to the wallet, or reach out through any channel.
