Fleet Command is an enterprise-focused IT troubleshooting assistant that combines real-time system diagnostics, Groq-powered AI, and Hindsight memory to preserve and reuse verified troubleshooting knowledge.
In enterprise IT environments, support teams often encounter the same or similar issues across multiple systems. Even when an IT administrator successfully resolves an issue, that knowledge can be lost or difficult to find when the problem appears again.
Fleet Command creates a reusable troubleshooting workflow:
• Monitor local CPU, memory, disk, network, and system information
• Diagnose an IT issue with AI-assisted guidance
• Allow an IT administrator to verify the solution that actually worked
• Retain the verified resolution using Hindsight
• Recall relevant previous resolutions when similar problems occur
• Provide the recalled information to Groq as context for a more relevant response
• Show the supporting memory so administrators can inspect what information was reused
In this demo, I first troubleshoot a VPN issue without memory enabled. After the issue is resolved, the verified solution is saved to Hindsight. I then clear the conversation, enable memory, and ask about the same issue again to demonstrate Hindsight's retain and recall capabilities.
The goal is simple: instead of repeatedly solving the same IT problems from scratch, organizations can preserve verified support knowledge and allow AI to reuse that experience in future troubleshooting.
