OpenAI is raising at least $30B at a valuation near $1.4T, with a consortium of UAE sovereign funds (contributing up to $10B) and BlackRock in talks to participate. Its IPO is delayed until next year at the earliest. Separately, NVIDIA announced a strategic partnership to deploy 10 GW of NVIDIA systems with up to $100B investment. OpenAI also launched its B2B Marketplace with 32 launch partners, letting enterprise customers spend commitments on partner software.
