Building this taught me a lot about where this category is genuinely hard (turn-taking/silence handling in voice, avoiding hallucinated answers, code-switching between Ukrainian/Russian/English in real conversations) versus where it's become commoditized (most platforms lean on similar LLM + TTS stacks at this point).
