Hey all 👋
Hope you are all doing great on Friday as the weekend is here and we all will be free to rest and enjoy the winter ❄️.
So I wanted to share my story to see if someone else also faced this issue and if there could be some help.
So previously on the weekend I was trying to setup ( Chrome, Windows 11) a gmail account for my company ( choose the business from account type ) and filled out the name, birthday (mine ), my own email address ( the Gmail one instead of the Google offering of workspace one ), password, recovery email address and then clicked next and it wanted me to review it, I said all good and clicked Next. It showed a progress bar and then said there was an error, wasn't able to read what it was and redirected to Google homepage.
I thought it must've completed and checked if I had the account added to my accounts list but nope.
So I decided to try to create again with same email address and it said it already exists. Fair enough I thought ok it has created my account so I just need to login. But upon trying to login with the email and password it said incorrect password. Whenever I try to login it would show me a captcha before asking for password. I tried to recover it but it said that Google didn't had enough information about the account to make decision that it was mine.
Tried to contact support but in vain, tried later after some days same error, as it wouldn't let me even see the recovery options and take me directly to error screen.
Is there anyone who faced similar issue? The account got created maybe some default password or something? I reused the password so it's not an issue of wrong password.
Anyone curious my email was alirazatechnologies(@)gmail(.)com
I have said goodbye to it by sending it an email, maybe you guys can send one as well saying farewell to it 😄
