Even a nut package has links to join its community!!! What does it actually mean??! LET'S DIVE IN...

What is Community?
A community is where like-minded people network sharing and learning new things of common interest.
In simpler words, it can also be delineated as a group of unified individuals who share a common liking towards any topic, be it culture, location, art, media, technology, etc.
Initially, people living in a particular area broadly used to get together and form groups/associations to share their interests. With evolution, these groups spread to wider locations and varied topics of interest, technical or non-technical. A classic example, Quora is a community.
From gated communities to scholarly communities, each group has a purpose, history, and vision.
Community vs. Fandom vs. Subculture
Fandom are usually centered on a work of fiction, like a television show or a video game. Subcultures are generally focused on a certain philosophy or look. Communities are groups of people who enjoy a common interest. Fandom and subcultures are sub-types of community. Fandom usually revolve around personalities, characters, music, etc., whereas a community has broader aspects like practice, occupation, career, geography, alumni, etc.
What makes a good community?
A good community is a cohesive, safe, confident, prosperous, and happy place. It offers a sense of belonging that connects us to our development- technical, personal, or professional. It is essential to be in a good community while being good in a community.
How to choose a compatible community?
Learning the corporeal outline of the community will serve you not only as information but as a guide for finding your way around, knowing what people are talking about when they refer to various areas of expertise and interests, and supporting perpetual growth of each other.
Why join a community?
By joining a community, you get a natural sense of accomplishment while sharing information and a sense of pride and identity. There are millions of reasons for you to join a coterie; today an individual would have inspired you to join their community, tomorrow you will be an inspiration to hundreds of other lost souls to connect with the group. When you are in an empowering environment based on mutual trust and respect, advocating and supporting each other in various ways, that’s what keeps you going during the tough times.
Socrates had said about the person who is independent of his fellow beings and is unable to live in community or society is either Beast or God. The roots of a tree need soil to themselves, metaphorically speaking about humans and community!!!

Where can I search for good communities?
First of all, choose your passion or interest that kindles your desire to network with the like-minded. Note the narrowed-down choices, search Google, Bing, and other search engines for recommendations. Check the authenticity and have a bird’s eye view of the physical layout to know more about them. Once your interest is sparked or you find that there is a common standpoint between the community and yourself, register or click to join them.
When can I join a community?
There is no age bar to join a community or even start a community. An ideal one consists of school kids, professionals all under one umbrella with no seniority in place, sharing and inspiring one another. Why are you waiting? Let’s see what the community world is planning to bring to your life!
• Pick your interest
• Choose your audience
• Check your co-members
• Google relevant communities
• Kick-start your new journey
Embarking into a completely new journey refreshes your thought process and opens new areas of exploration and knowledge.
