My note taking is tbh mostly reMarkable 2. They're currently spamming the entire internet with their ad campaign so they can speak for themselves.
Digital, github.com/foambubble/foam is interesting. It creates a mind map which can be nifty.
obsidian.md/ is another really nice one. It feels faster and smoother than notion which I've used in the past.
