Public: architecture, execution shell, wallet, video, Windows trial, TypeScript modules.

Private: calibrated 5m probability, live thresholds, feature weights.

That split is the point. Publishing the signal competes the edge away. Publishing the shell stops people from rebuilding the dumb mistakes.
