Recently YouTube moved Subscriptions from the bottom navigation into Home. Nothing broke, but my thumb kept going to the old place and something that used to feel like a main part of the app suddenly felt secondary.
Jira ran into a much bigger version of this, rolling out a change after positive early tests before finding it had slowed down people who use the product all day.
The full issue is about what normal completion tests miss, and the repeated-task check I'd use before a redesign.
