Sber’s summit report says Aidol is on sale, while Crimson Robotics is preparing pilots for a dual-arm prototype with locally running AI.

Sber published an October 13 report on three systems exhibited at the Moscow Startup Summit, held at SberCity in late September: the conversational Aidol robot, Crimson Robotics’ dual-arm industrial prototype and SberHealth’s GigaDoc rapid health-assessment installation.

Aidol recognizes speech, answers through built-in AI and uses its face to express emotions. The team proposes it for hotels, registration desks and reception areas where visitors need answers based on prepared materials. During a three-month trial in a Moscow park, it provided information about events and workshops from an updateable knowledge base.

Sber’s report says the Aidol and Ardi models are already on sale, but it provides no independent confirmation, prices or availability details. The team is also developing a walking model with simpler facial expressions for factory tasks and carrying loads; no specifications or release timetable are given.

Crimson Robotics presented an anthropomorphic, dual-arm manipulator intended to sort, pick and assemble items in manufacturing, warehouses and retail. It remains a prototype made with off-the-shelf components, including a RealSense depth camera, lidars, motors and planetary gearboxes. Its Physical AI neural network runs on an Orange Pi single-board computer, which the team says means the robot does not need an internet connection.

The team separately demonstrated teleoperation: a person moved their arms while the robot observed and reproduced the trajectory. Crimson Robotics is discussing pilots in automotive manufacturing, retail, warehouse logistics and gold mining while preparing an industrial minimum viable product. The report identifies no completed deployments.

SberHealth showed an installation based on its GigaDoc AI assistant. According to the company’s description, several cameras and microflashes collect physiological parameters without contact, after which algorithms generate a report covering nine to 17 indicators within several dozen seconds. The publication does not provide measurement accuracy, the full indicator list or medical-certification status, so it does not establish GigaDoc as a diagnostic system.

The exhibits are at different stages of maturity. Sber presents Aidol as a product already offered for sale, whereas Crimson Robotics remains a prototype preparing for pilots and an industrial MVP. Local neural-network execution may enable operation without continuous connectivity, but it does not by itself demonstrate autonomous manipulation; the team’s reported demonstration instead used teleoperation to reproduce a person’s movements.
