Our 2025 Event was incredible – See you in 2026

Home - Blog - Announcement

This year’s Ant Media annual gathering in Marmaris was a special one. It was my first time joining as a team member, and from the moment I reached the hotel, I could feel the positive energy. Some teammates were relaxing near the pool, some were walking around the garden, and others getting started to go for a swim. The weather was calm, the sea looked beautiful, and was the perfect start for what turned into a memorable week.

Our Annual Tradition
Ant Media holds this gathering every year. It is our time to meet, talk openly, spend time together, understand each other better and improve how we work as a team. These days help us bond and remind us that behind every task, there are real people supporting each other and walking together.

Day 1 – Arrival
The first day was simple. Everyone arrived at the hotel and we had lunch together. People caught up with each other, welcomed new members, and enjoyed a relaxed start. In the evening, we had dinner together at the hotel.

Day 2 – Meetings and Activities
The next morning, we had an internal meeting where we discussed how we work and what we can improve. It was a good, open conversation that helped everyone get clearer and more aligned. After lunch, we had an Aikido (Martial Art) session and Spiritual Dance activity.

Many of us were trying it for the first time, and it brought a lot of fun moments.

Day 3 – Community and Hiking
Tuesday started with another brainstorming meeting. This time community members Ashraf, Balazs, Salih and Rahul joined us, and it was great to hear their thoughts face-to-face.

After lunch, we went hiking on the Marmaris trails. The views were beautiful and the walk brought everyone closer. Along the trail, we noticed some trash scattered around. One of our colleagues pointed out how these small things can contribute to forest fires like the ones Turkey has faced in recent years. So, as we hiked, we picked up what we could. It wasn’t planned or staged but just something that comes naturally to us as Ant Medians.

We’ve always believed that our impact shouldn’t be limited to the workspace, and moments like these remind us that every small effort counts.

Day 3 – Community
When we returned, we had a coffee session in the garden where we talked about ideas and shared feedback. Then we had dinner together.

Day 4 – Goodies, Boat Trip, and Closing
On Wednesday morning, the team received Ant Media goodies. After lunch, we went on a boat trip and spent time swimming at a few beautiful spots. The sea was clear, the weather was perfect, and it became one of the best parts of the week.

When we came back to the hotel, we had our closing session. We talked about the main actions we will take forward for Ant Media. It was a simple but meaningful way to end the gathering.

Looking Ahead
This gathering showed once again why Ant Media values teamwork, openness, and a friendly atmosphere. Even as the company grows around the world, the heart of the company stays the same i.e. staying close as a team, supporting each other, and giving back to the world whenever we can.

We also want to become a company that gives more to the community. Developers, creators, users, partners, and everyone who builds with us. We want to support people, share knowledge, and grow together.

We look forward to keeping this tradition alive, inviting more community members in the future, and building stronger connections every year.

Get Invited Next Year
Yes, we’re planning to bring together around 15–20 friends next year, and we’ll be taking care of the costs. The whole idea is to meet in person, strengthen our synergy, build great things together, and play our part in making a positive impact.
