Someone ran GitHub Copilot's security scan on ATLOCK
and got this:
✗ No digital signature verification
✗ No source code audit possible
✗ Uncontro...
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
This is a good example of why AI security findings need a response format, not just a severity label. A warning can be useful even when it is incomplete, but the author needs a way to answer each claim with evidence: threat model, mitigation, tradeoff, and what remains risky. Otherwise the scan becomes a reputation event instead of an engineering review.
Yeah, You're right. That was a reply to a guy who said my apps are just "Trust me bro" apps. So I replied him in my way.
That is the right direction. A security finding should invite a structured response, not just a defensive argument. The useful pattern is: what was flagged, what risk it assumes, what evidence supports or weakens that assumption, and what change or documentation would make the boundary clearer.
You're doing great, Anmol! I hope you'll achieve your goal by the time your birthday comes around. Wishing you the very best!
