When you sleep just 4 hours a day, you will struggle to focus and to complete tasks faster
I totally agree with all the points except the sleeping, as it is biased. I personally do not function at all in the morning but can focus the best between 6pm and 3am - and I usually run on 5-6 hours of sleep. Anything above that and I'm useless and feel like I just woke up from a coma. Your tips are great but everyone should look at themselves as to what works best for them personally
I know that the approach that I mentioned works for most people I know. I agree that it's a personal thing when it comes to sleeping, but also I know that people are just scared of changes, so why not giving it a try! Thank you!
