error in winForm c# & sqlite

#help #sqlite #csharp

Hi, everyone!
I just finished working on a project using SQLite & c# win Forms.
on mode developer, everything working well.
but when I'm creating setup to my project (using Advanced Installer) and after setup the app on client Machine
I got the error below
