I received the tracking mail on 22nd December and till yesterday there was no tracking progress and now the page displays this message ----
"Unfortunately, the tracking number you provided cannot be located. Please verify the accuracy of your tracking number provided by your merchant and track again. In the event your tracking number does not provide results within the next couple of days, kindly reach out to the merchant you purchased your item(s) from for further support."
Bro same is happening with me and I tried out contacting DHL they are saying that they can't do anything, have you mailed Kotis Design and Digital Ocean ?? Or any updates regarding this???

We can't do anything. I tried calling DHL ecommerce and mentioned about showing up of "invalid tracking number", but it was of no use. They said contact your merchant and try getting a new tracking number. I even mailed Kotis design, but didn't get any reply from them. So, most probably our parcel is lost somewhere and so, we won't receive it anyways.
I booked my t-shirt on 16 Oct and on 13 Nov I received mail from Kotis Design that the order has shipped from DigitalOcean but since then there is no update about the order. I checked the traking page but the last update on traking page was on 13 Nov.
You will receive a mail from KotisDesign which contains the tracking link. If you haven't received it then write a mail to customerservice@kotisdesign.com.
I received the mail, and the tracking link was working, it always displays that the courier is En Route, just the three days ago I checked the tracking link and it was expired,was not working...
I tried calling DHL, but no satisfactory reply from them, I mailed Kotis Design but no reply from them too.
I had claimed my swags on October 27. Got the confirmation mail on the same day, but didn't get the tracking info mail yet. Don't know when I'll get my swags😐
I emailed both DigitalOcean and KotisDesign and made them aware of the whole scenario. Got a reply from the former, stating that shipping of swags is done on purely random basis, and that they will continue shipping the swags over the next few months.
Let's hope for the best!!

actually due to pandemic for india shipment all been stuck at delhi , for sanitization stuff , it take around 4-5 weeks to get delivered after the tracking details

Same here :( I wrote an email to the company that's in charge of distributing the swag, maybe we can all do the same and see what they respond? (Look for the email confirmation of the order)
Do these guys have a special collection for 2022? I was not able to find anything online. I liked last year’s T-shirts and hope that they will do a great job this year too.
I like that they have good fabric that does not irritate my sensitive skin. I know that it takes a lot of time and consideration to make even one t-shirt with a beautiful print and embroidery. I think they can cooperate with matohash.com/pages/embroidery-detroit to make even better T-shirts because those guys create such beautiful patterns. It would be so cool to have a piece of clothing made by these talented people.

Yes, in November i got my tracking details which was working till dec 15. Now it's invalid.
