PicoForge is growing fast, and it’s time for something we’ve all been waiting for: a complete, polished Homepage UI that finally represents what this platform is all about.
For anyone new here, PicoForge is a micro startup incubator where people can submit raw ideas, get community feedback, find collaborators, and actually build early-stage startups together. It solves the classic problem of ideas dying in notebooks by giving them structure, visibility, and a real path to MVP.
GITHUB REPO : CHECK IT OUT
To push this forward, we’ve opened a new feature issue on GitHub: a full Homepage UI build from scratch.
Here’s what the homepage needs to deliver:
A clear hero section that explains PicoForge instantly
Cards explaining the core features like idea submission, validation, collaboration, and workspaces
- A simple three-step “How It Works” flow
- A preview of trending ideas and project workspaces
- A community section inviting developers, designers, marketers, and creators to join
- A clean footer with essential links
We’re using React or Next.js on the frontend, Tailwind or ShadCN for styling, and keeping everything component-driven and reusable.
If you’re into UI/UX, modern frontend, or want to help shape the future of a community-driven startup incubator, this is a fun one to grab. The issue is written with all details, structure, acceptance criteria, and guidelines so contributors can jump in without guesswork.
Here’s the issue:
“Complete Homepage UI for PicoForge”
(Available in the repo under feature requests.)
Whether you're a designer looking to showcase your creativity or a developer wanting to build a clean UI experience, this is a good opportunity to contribute to an open-source tool aimed at helping founders everywhere.
Let’s build something that inspires people the moment they land on the page.
- Modern, responsive, startup-friendly design
