I am assuming that you already have installed PHP and Composer on your system and set them to system's path and verified them whether PHP and Composer both are working properly.
This post will help you install Drush globally on your system, I'll be demonstrating Drush installation on my Windows 10 but if you have PHP and Composer installed on Linux or MacOS; you can installed Drush globally with the same command on any system.
