I have now been at my first dev job for a year and I still feel like i'm not ready most days. I'm not sure that feeling ever goes away. But then I get a task and I either make it work, or I struggle - and both are fine. It's always going to be that way throughout your career.
Learning to navigate those emotions is one of the more important skills I've been working on.
