I have a question about the "don't turn video off" thing:
some video software (like vidyo or hangouts) will only show you a limited number of people's cameras, and they are not always the greatest at picking whose cameras are shown. Do you think it could be useful - in some cases - to "hide" your camera to force the tool to show the people that are more directly involved in the conversation?
