Survivor. Flash Crash 2022

This reflection was sparked by WhiteBIT’s recent Halloween campaign addressing crypto fears, so in 2022, I faced a Flash Crash — a sudden collapse of prices in the crypto market.

It felt like losing assets was inevitable, but thanks to passive income strategies, I managed to cope. I used WhiteBit, Coinbase, and Crypto.com. On WhiteBit, I participated in staking BTC and ETH, which gave me stable income even during the market drop.

Also on Crypto.com, I participated in deposit programs that continued earning interest, regardless of the market volatility.

How did this help?
Passive income allowed me to offset losses and avoid panic. I didn’t sell my assets at a loss and continued earning while the market recovered.
