What I Built

I built a Lazy Morning Agent - a local AI assistant that reads my overnight WhatsApp group messages and gives me a 2-line summary in the morning. It saves me 30 minutes every day and lets me be lazy!

I used open-weight models to make it 100% private.

How I Built It

I used Ollama with Llama 3.2 open-weight model running locally on my laptop. No API keys, no internet needed. Used Python with LangChain.

Why Does Open Innovation Matter?

Open innovation matters because my personal chats are private. If I used a closed API, my chats would go to the cloud. With open-weight Llama, everything runs locally, it's free forever, and I can customize it.
