IP address and Subnet

Hi everyone!
IP address:
It is unique for each machine. It consist of 4 parts and each part have 8 bites.
each part can contain numbers from 0 - 255.
here 0,1 and 255 are reserved to modem.

Two Parts of IP
Network part
host part

Example
10.8.1.31/24

Sub network
It is subdivision of IP network.
It has private IP.
the IP that is present in one public IP can be present in another public IP.
It improves performance by reducing traffic.
