How to Check if your Laptop supports 2.4ghz or 5ghz wifi band.

Open your command prompt and write this command

netsh wlan show drivers

It will give you lots of information look for

Radio types supported

If Radio types supported line shows these network modes

802.11g and 802.11n

then our Laptop has 2.4 GHz network capability only.

If Radio types supported line shows these network module

02.11a and 802.11g and 802.11n

then your laptop support both 2.4gh and 5gh wifi band.
