You found something useful. You showed it in a team meeting. Everyone nodded. Three weeks later, nobody is using it.
This happens constantly and the reason is almost never resistance to change.
The first reason is that you demonstrated the tool instead of solving a task. People do not adopt capability, they adopt shortcuts to work they already hate. Show someone how their monthly report goes from three hours to forty minutes and they will use it that afternoon. Show them a general feature tour and they will forget by Friday.
The second reason is that they tried it once, got a poor result, and quietly concluded it does not work for their kind of work. Nobody iterates on their own in week one. If you did not sit with them through two rounds of refining, adoption dies right there.
The third reason is fear, usually unspoken. If a tool makes their main task faster, some people worry about what that says about their role. Addressing it directly works better than pretending nobody is thinking it.
So pick one painful, specific task. Sit with two people. Get them a result they can use that day. Adoption spreads from there and not from announcements.
be10x runs practical workshops for teams and individuals, which is often easier than trying to train everyone yourself.
