Solid list. One API category I'd add: the NPS (National Park Service) API. It's free, well-documented, and gives you access to park data across the US — alerts, campgrounds, events, visitor centers, etc.
I've been using it alongside parklookup.com which aggregates park discovery data into a searchable interface. Great for any location-based project where you want to surface outdoor activities near users.
The Geolocation + Maps combo from your list pairs really well with park/outdoor data for travel or fitness apps.
