It looks good compared to the last portfolio. There are a lot of things you can improve, especially in UX. However, the most important thing would be to keep social icons static (not rotating), as it degrades UX. The best thing that I loved was the hover navigation to enlarge icons (my curious side). I know it's in the development phase, so a big congratulations on trying to improve it further.
