Mutual Aid Infrastructure — 90-Day Stabilisation
The AI Anarchist Library is an ongoing effort to preserve and organise radical texts, theory, and mutual aid knowledge in a distributed, open system.
However, recent disruptions in my temporary housing have made one thing clear: to build this project outside of corporate or state control, I first need a stable physical space to work from.
This is a crowdfund for the next 90 days of infrastructure—both physical and digital. The goal is simple: create a small independent base that allows the project to run without relying on corporate platforms or unstable conditions.
Phase 1 Target: €810
This funds the basic grid for the next three months.
· €750 — Physical Base (3 months)
24/7 access to a secure workspace with reliable power and lockable gear storage. This provides the stability needed to work consistently and maintain the project infrastructure.
· €60 — Digital Infrastructure (3 months)
Hosting for three independent Virtual Private Servers (VPS). This distributes the library and scraping operations across multiple nodes, reducing the risk of a single point of failure or takedown.
What This Enables
This isn't just about paying for a desk and a server. It's about creating a resilient, independent infrastructure for radical knowledge that can't be switched off by a corporation or disrupted by instability.
Compute Budget — AI Research (TBC)
I am also benchmarking costs to rent GPU compute for fine-tuning a local AI model on anarchist theory and mutual aid frameworks. This model will run locally and independently of corporate AI platforms.
The €810 goal covers only the physical and digital infrastructure. Compute will be a separate, transparently managed goal once benchmarks are finalised.
