It means CodeWrite allows you to work on only 1 post and publish only this one post on supported platforms. However, as post in CW is like a "document file", nothing stops you from changing the title and the content and just work on a new blog post. This only means with free version you won't be able to have your older posts in CW and that's it.
I’ve written an article using CodeWrite but I didn’t know how to publish it. I saw something like “subscription” at the bottom left corner which I reconned would be for premium users
Ensure the post is "pinned" -> go to supported blogging site's editor -> open pop-up -> optionally fill-in required config -> click "Publish"

I know CW doesn't do the best job at guiding the new users. I'm working on a big update - essentially a new product based on the same idea to fix this and other mistakes. I'm planning on releasing it in beta in early 2022. You can follow CW on Twitter if you're interested in participating then.
