everything that I try to learn in tech I judge by only this criteria: API surface area and simplicity. a good design strikes a balance between size and completeness; composed of a small but composable set of comstructs. with that said, i like MithrilJS and Elm for frontend but I have the luxury/naivety of not using them in actual work.

Elm... I think it just a new language...
I think TypeScript is better...
