If I were a novice designer, I would have started using AI for this task much earlier.

I’ve been in UX design for nearly ten years, and I still can’t say my drafts pass reviews on the first try. From internal team critiques to product and dev syncs, every round brings new feedback:

Surface-level business logic.

Unclear information hierarchy.

Overlooked edge cases.

It’s nearly impossible to cover everything alone. It’s often not a lack of ability, but a lack of diverse perspectives. This is even tougher for juniors; limited experience leads to endless revisions that slow down projects and drain confidence.

Recently, my workflow has shifted. After finishing a first draft, I let AI "review" it first. It’s like a pre-flight check before the real meeting. I’ve been using the Pixlore Figma plugin.

Unlike general AI models that can be inconsistent, Pixlore provides a stable, structured audit across usability, edge cases, accessibility, copy, responsiveness, and even heatmap predictions. For juniors, addressing these points before meeting with leads or PMs makes the whole process much smoother. It’s like having a senior designer give you a "heads-up" before the big day.
