I feel like my team made a wonderful job at onboarding me. I could use github, not git. React, git, macosX, company tools and test tools, webpack... A+ team. And i was remote and on a different timezone.
Remote mentoring can often be quite a challenge. A lot of the small interactions are missing, and it's hard to just glance at the code and help with small things.
We're a place where coders share, stay up-to-date and grow their careers.
We strive for transparency and don't collect excess data.
