Is "mentorship" something one should seek outside work / after-hours as some services he/she has to pay for?
1.1.Or is mentorship something that you can only find inside the company one works for?
2.What should / can someone like me do in order to get a mentor?
3.Is is wrong to say one needs a mentor to validate his/her own ideas and help improve beyond that?
